This Payment Policy explains the payment options available at Grace & Wilder, the currency used on our store and how payment information is handled.

Currency

Prices for customers shopping on the United Kingdom store are displayed and charged in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

If you use a card or payment account issued in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or foreign transaction charges. Such charges are determined by the payment provider and are outside Grace & Wilder's control.

VAT

Prices shown on the website include VAT where applicable.

When Payment Is Taken

Your payment may be authorised when you submit your order and captured as your order is processed.

If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has been authorised or taken, the relevant amount will either be released or refunded to the original payment method.

Payment Security

Payments are processed using encrypted checkout technology and established payment providers.

Full payment card numbers are processed through the relevant payment provider and are not intended to be stored directly by Grace & Wilder.

Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, we may not be given the exact reason by your bank or payment provider.

Possible reasons can include incorrect billing details, an expired payment card, insufficient funds or restrictions imposed by your provider.

Please check the information entered, try another payment method where available, or contact your payment provider for further information.

Pending Authorisations

In some cases, an unsuccessful or cancelled payment attempt may temporarily appear as a pending authorisation on your bank statement.

This does not necessarily mean that the payment has been completed. Your bank determines when pending authorisations are released.

Fraud Prevention

Orders may be subject to automated or manual security checks designed to prevent fraud and unauthorised transactions.

We reserve the right to request additional information, decline an order or cancel and refund an order if we reasonably believe that a transaction may be fraudulent or unauthorised.

Refunds
